Application Acknowledgment and Disclaimer
Submission of an application to the Orange County (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated Debutante Program does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All applications will be reviewed by the Debutante Program Committee and evaluated based on the eligibility requirements, completeness of the application, demonstrated leadership, community involvement, character, and alignment with the goals and values of the program.

The Orange County (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated reserves the right to accept, decline, or place applicants on a waiting list at its sole discretion. Applicants may be invited to participate in an interview or provide additional information as part of the selection process.

By submitting this application, the applicant and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read and understand the program requirements and agree that submission of an application does not create any entitlement or guarantee of participation in the Debutante Program.
