Our theme “Hope, Dream and Believe,” is aligned with The Links National Theme: “Young Achievers,” which addresses issues and challenges facing high school-aged African American youth. The Debutante Leadership Program is focused on female high school juniors and seniors who are on the path to becoming community leaders, understanding, and demonstrating the value of social graces, building collaborative skills, and
defining the characteristics of a future leader.
